We braved yesterday's drizzly weather and had a great autumnal time at Perkasie Fall Fest! Met a lot of community members, talked up library resources, registered new library users -- all the ingredients for an awesome outreach.

A Spectrum of Voices with ASERT Autism Resources will feature an insightful conversation about living life on the spectrum. Learn about the vital role libraries play in supporting the autism community, and hear more about ASERT (Autism Services, Education, Resources and Training) and its important role in Pennsylvania.

Our annual Local Author Fair returns! Mark your calendars!

Visit the Doylestown Library on November 7th to discover and support local literary talent and ignite your passion for reading!

Featuring authors of a variety of genres, writing for a wide range of audiences, this event is perfect for all ages! Visitors will be able to chat with authors about their work as well as purchase featured titles.

The Local Author Fair will be held at the Doylestown Library from 10:30am-2pm on Saturday, November 7th. The Doylestown Library is located at 150 S. Pine Street, Doylestown, PA. Registration is not required. More information can be found here: https://buff.ly/d7HgEWZ .

This month, Doylestown library's resident pet gecko, Gordy, received the full BCFL experience: he visited multiple library branches! Like a rockstar on tour, Gordy was the featured guest at a number of different programs, providing meet and greet opportunities for patrons who had not yet had a chance to meet him at his home library.
