We’re celebrating 21 incredible years with our Anniversary Luau this Saturday, August 15, and we’re bringing the island vibes to the Texas Hill Country.

We’ve got a few special luau-inspired cocktails lined up for the occasion, along with tropical food, live music, family-friendly activities and a special LED fire dancing performance from 5–6 PM.

Come spend the afternoon with us, enjoy a cocktail, take in the festivities, and celebrate 21 years of Dripping Springs Distilling.

We put bartenders to the test at Martini’s Seafood House with a cocktail competition featuring spirits from Dripping Springs Distilling and the creativity did not disappoint!

Queen of the Night
1.5oz Dripping Springs Artisan Gin75oz Giffard Violette5oz Elderflower75oz Lemon Juice25oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Dry shake, add 2 ice cubes and shake again. Strain into coup glass
Garnish:
Lavender Sprig
Darkened Lavender Bitters sprayed through a stencil

Lavender Blueberry Bees Knees
2oz Dripping Springs Lavender
1.0oz Lemon Juice
1.0 Honey Syrup
4 Fresh Muddled Blueberries
Directions To Build Cocktail
Muddle 4 Blueberries
Add lemon Juice, and Vodka and Honey Syrup
Shake with Ice, and Strain in Rocks Glass
Garnish: Blueberries
