Hourglass Acres

Sam was kind enough to grab a few pics for me this weekend!

Got some decent feedback on this younger set of goats that I took. Time to focus on breeding season!

IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!

For whatever reason, the goats are holding out to breed in the fall. Nobody took in the spring. Bucks are finally in rut and hopefully the does will keep coming into heat.

Gin seems very happy and proud of himself. 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

Due dates start in Mid February.

Solo trip over to Indiana today for the Myotonic Mayhem show. It's only a couple hours from home, and I can tell Mr. Bob Beasley had a hand in making these facilities. Those are some nice wash racks! 😅

Time to sleep in the truck and get back at it in the morning!

Curt and Alex built us a new hay feeder... good way to repurpose some old deck wood!

The Buck Boys 🤣🤣 Finally stinky and wreaking havoc around the barn while I shaved goats lol

Bebe loves her little human so much she wanders up to the house lol

Our doeling Rumchata went to her new home today!

Congratulations on your first Myo- and I'm sure she won't be the last!

On that note- I was going through records and here is a list of states our goats have gone to so far:

-AL
-CA
-IN
-KY
-MD
-MS
-NC
-OH
-PA
-TN
-VA
-WV

We are happy to help arrange transport if you see anything you like!

This is an adorable, wide doeling. She's starting to grow into herself and should make a solid doe!
