We are just ONE MONTH away from the Let Me Run Columbus FallFest 5K taking place at the Westerville Sports Complex on Sunday, November 8!
The FallFest 5K welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Every step helps create an unforgettable finish-line experience for Let Me Run boys as they celebrate seven weeks of running, teamwork, confidence, and personal growth.
Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. Trained volunteer coaches combine running, games, and meaningful lessons that encourage healthy habits, strengthen confidence, and foster respect for others.

It's race week for the inaugural Forward Together 5K, which will take place this Saturday, Oct. 10, at Bank Run Metro Park.

Early packet pickup will take place on Friday, Oct. 9, at the Columbus Running Company's Grove City store, from 10 am to 8 pm. Race day pickup will be available at the race site starting at 7 am, with the Kids Fun Run kicking off at 7:45 am, and the 5K starting at 8 am.

This event is currently at capacity (no more spots will be made available), but we are looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday to celebrate World Mental Health Day! 🎉

We are ONE MONTH away from the inaugural Columbus Classical Academy's Race for Virtue 5K! The Race for Virtue will take place at the Westerville Sports Complex on November 7, and it benefits the funding of a new gymnasium for CCA!
Columbus Classical Academy is a private classical school in central Ohio, serving grades K-11, adding a grade each year through grade twelve. CCA is a Hillsdale College Curriculum School, a distinction that offers our school access to a tried-and-true K-12 Curriculum from the Hillsdale College K-12 Education Office.

It's Event Week for the 3rd Annual P.A.I.L. Remembrance Walk at Genoa Park and we're excited to see everyone on Saturday! If you've already registered, you can pick up your t-shirt at check-in beginning at 9:00AM on event day.
At the P.A.I.L. Walk, you can look forward to hearing from Keynote Speakers Bernadette and Ryan Wise of The Natalia Marie Foundation at 10:00AM, an un-timed one-mile walk beginning at roughly 10:30AM, as well as light snacks, water, and resources for grieving parents, activities for children, and Kingdom Coffee Truck available for purchase.

Thank you to all who came out to support the CRIS 5K today. What an amazing morning for a run or walk, and everyone showed up to enjoy a beautiful day in downtown Columbus. As everyone knows, the best part of the CRIS 5K is the post-race food!

We're one month away from the 2026 Total HealthWorks Movin' It! 5K. There are still spots available but you better hurry, the deadline to guarantee a long-sleeve t-shirt in your size is October 13!

David Zid expands the fight for brain health “All Together Now” – the Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk Parkinson’s Disease now benefits the Alzheimer’s (AD) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) communities. Total HealthWorks is expanding its programs to improve brain health, serve more people living with neurodegenerative conditions, and grow our facility.

This year’s event will help our Total HealthWorks gym with growth, equipment, and updates so we can start more classes and help those afflicted with PD, AD, and MS.
