👃🐾 GET READY FOR THE NACSW ODOR RECOGNITION TEST!

Thinking about trying scent work trials with your dog? Or have an ORT coming up and want a little extra confidence before test day?

📅 Samantha is teaching a 2-week ORT Prep Class! Link in COMMENTS

The Odor Recognition Test (ORT) is a prerequisite for participating in NACSW® scent work trials. This class is designed to give you and your dog the skills, practice, and confidence boost you need to walk into your ORT feeling prepared and ready to succeed.

Whether you're taking the ORT we're hosting in September or planning to test somewhere else, this class is a great opportunity to prepare!

🐕 In this class, you'll work on:
• Building your dog's confidence and understanding of odor
• Strengthening your team's search skills
• Practicing the skills needed for the ORT environment
• Getting comfortable with the test process and expectations

⚠️ Class size is limited! If this class fills, we'll add an additional time slot so more teams can participate.

Don't wait until test day to find out if you're ready — come practice, build confidence, and get prepared! 👃💪🐾

Have you and your dog considered being a therapy dog team? Lauren will be doing a 50 minute workshop on Sunday to answer questions about realistic expectations for therapy dog teams, how to decide on evaluation programs, playing to your dog's strengths and to spend time training on some of of the more challenging test prep activities. If you know you want to spend more time preparing, join us in September for her four week Therapy Dog Skills class. Links in the comments below.
