Rezolve AI
Rezolve.ai is the agentic AI for IT, HR, and FinOps that turns ticket queues into autonomous operations.
Built on multi-agent orchestration, it resolves requests, automates workflows, and reduces operating costs across enterprise systems.
The biggest ticket queue isn’t necessarily your biggest automation opportunity.
In our 2026 Agentic AI Benchmark for IT Service Management, we found that while the top 5–6 service domains account for 76–92% of ticket volume, automation potential is concentrated somewhere else.
Watch Robert O'Brien break down what the data tells us about where agentic AI can actually make a difference, where automation has clear limits, and why the goal shouldn’t be to automate everything.

Your ITSM remembers everything, including that one ticket from 2018 that apparently decided to retire there.
Recording the problem is one thing. Resolving it is another.

If your biggest IT achievement this week is closing 1,000 tickets, imagine never creating them in the first place.
That's a much more interesting KPI.
Visit Rezolve.ai to see how leading enterprises are eliminating L1 and L2 ticket queues with autonomous Agentic IT support.

One of the biggest misconceptions about AI is that every IT task should be automated.
The reality is a little different.
Some requests are perfect for automation. Others involve physical work, third-party vendors, or human judgment. Those aren't roadblocks. They're simply different kinds of work.
The key is understanding where AI can take the lead and where it should support people instead. That's exactly what this framework from The 2026 Agentic AI Benchmark for IT Service Management breaks down.
It shows the four natural "ceilings" of automation and how organizations can still use AI to streamline work around them.

Every IT leader is being asked how much of the service desk can be handed to AI. This new report is our attempt at an answer, along with the patterns behind it.

A few findings that stood out:
• Most IT support isn't about technology failures. It's people needing access and answers. Three repeatable workflows account for 40 to 65% of support tickets.
• Onboarding and offboarding offer the biggest opportunities for automation.
• Seven to nine of every ten tickets affect a single employee, not a team and not the wider business.
Curious whether these patterns match what others are seeing inside their own service desks. Comments and disagreement equally welcome.

Atlassian’s August 17 announcement isn't just another terms update. Have you read what it actually says?
Effective August 17, 2026, Atlassian's updated cloud terms allow customer metadata and in-app data to be used to improve apps and AI for all customers. That includes Confluence page content and Jira issue titles, descriptions, and comments.
For many organizations, the first question is, How do we opt out? That's important. But it's only half the conversation.
Our latest blog breaks down:
* What's changing on August 17
* What counts as metadata vs. in-app data
* How to opt out
* Why de-identified doesn't always mean non-sensitive
* What opting out doesn't solve , and the governance questions every IT leader should consider
When it comes to protecting sensitive service desk data, the devil is in the details. Before August 17, it's worth taking a closer look.
