The second story of this house had dropped about 3 inches the floor had separated from the walls. The only thing holding it up was a 3 x 6 wood post that was rotten and sitting on top of the dirt. This one was crazy. From an old water/trash filled basement that was unknown to everyone involved. To all the utilities crossing property lines and hooked up to the wrong residences.
