We start with Wolferman’s Bakery thick English muffins, toast with a little sriracha butter, Canadian bacon, cheddar, baked egg, Adobe House Farm tomato.

Dukes optional but there is tomato and Dukes + tomato is the best.

Open at 9:30 with all the breakfast sandwiches and drip coffee.

It's Saturday and that means spritzes, mimosas with fresh squeezed OJ, fried chicken sandwiches, breakfast burritos and sandos! Come hang out for the afternoon.

Sooooooo - we make chorizo with Cross Creek wagyu 80/20 beef so it's not super fatty. Sauté it up with some diced potatoes and shop made New Mexico red chile sauce. Top with 2 eggs, hatch green chiles and some Cabot sharp white cheddar before folding it up in a 10 inch tortilla. Then we make it crispy on the skillet. They are made before we open so it's super quick.

And downtown is dead so come hang with us for lunch!

Last peach delivery from Farm Runners LLC and Pantoja's Family Farms. Looks like a couple weeks of our peach sandwich. Summer is still holding on.!!!!

The one and only hot sandwich that can not ever be taken off the menu. Deli turkey, shop made spicy remoulade, red onion, pickled jalapeños, Adobe House tomatoes, cheddar and pepper jack. For most of the summer we were pressing it on Cuban bread. Last winter we were toasting it on ciabatta. I like it better on ciabatta so we're toasting it again on ciabatta 👍. I've also started ordering more ciabatta rolls from bread so we don't keep running out and disappointing you all.....

Beauty and the Beef is is moving up the ranks on the top seller list. It's my favorite right now. We take Cross Creek Ranch Premium Meats wagyu top round and roast to medium rare, cool then slice daily. I make a smoked roasted red bell pepper sauce, then finish with red onion, onion crisp, cheddar, shop made pickled zucchini, shredduce, mayo and finally some celery salt, all on Breads ciabatta roll. Come and get it tomorrow. Open at 11
