Fitbit data links sleep and disease risk - A new study was based on nearly 6.5 million nights of sleep from over 6,700 Fitbit users participating in the All of Us Research Program collected over an average of 4.5 years. The research looks at links between sleep and human disease.

For the first time in Gallup polling since 2001, a majority of U.S. adults, 57%, say they would feel better if they got more sleep, while 42% say they get as much sleep as they need, and 20% report they usually sleep 5 hours or less at night.
