Congratulations to all of our Clock in to Win Winners during Prime Week. These drivers were the top drivers for a day, hauling the top package count for their respective day. While delivering the most packages they made sure to do it safely with zero safety violations, no accident or injury, zero customer complaints, 0 returned packages to the station and 100% photo on delivery scores!🙌🏾🙌🏾 Great job team!

We took the team out for lunch and team bonding at Triangle Shooting Academy . Shooting was a new experience for half the team. We've reached about the 60 day mark as a team and the metrics have already began to show marked improvement. Thanks Team for your work to this point by learning and executing the process. Let's continue to grow and execute by holding each other accountable to the standard and delivering results! Iron sharpens iron💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

This past week was prime week. The team delivered over 80k packages and received the top rating in the team score card for safety and quality! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Meanwhile, the sun was🔥🔥🔥 roasting at an average of 95 degrees plus for the week. Preemptively, we asked or leaders to create and execute a hot weather mitigation and hydration plan for the team to ensure we're taking care of drivers on a daily out basis in these hot temps. They did a good job and the driver team definitely appreciated the effort. Cold towels and frozen neck coolers, fresh fruit, ice water, gaterade, gaterade buffaloe, electrolyte icees, etc. Great job team. Leadership is about service. Thank you for taking care of our drivers. We even thought about a cold plunge😜. Still loading on that one.....

Today is 1 of the 4 days a year Amazon does not deliver! I'm going back to bed!!!

Congratulation to these two amazing young men. Matt is celebrating his 1 year anniversary and my main man Liang is celebrating 5 years with the company!!! Liang is firsts and foremost a great human being, but also this man is the truth in these delivery streets,a well-oiled machine on the road! Lol
Safiyyah and my first encounter with Liang, after he joined the team, was a night that he had delivered Amazon packages for our company all day and got off work at like 10pm. Safiyyah and I ordered Uber eats that night, I look at the Uber delivery driver dropping off our food and the driver's name in the Uber eats app is "Liang"! So I'm like no freaking way this is the same Liang! Knock knock knock, I open my door and damnit if it's not Liang still in his damn Amazon blues still hustling🤣.

Liang, you are truly a joy to have on the team. We appreciate all the heavy lifting you've done for the team Sir. SALUTE🫡🫡🫡
