A great commission always starts with a vision.
My client had a specific look in mind for her entryway and spent time searching Marketplace for the right piece to transform. When she found this table, I went to work.
Working from her inspiration, I updated the piece with a rich walnut finish, added clean straight edges, simplified the hardware, and added a lower shelf to provide extra storage and create the custom look she was after.
I love projects like this because they show that you don’t always need to buy new to get exactly what you want. Sometimes the perfect piece is just waiting to be reimagined.
