Last week, CTD staff and SAS Cohort 3 and 4 members met up for lunch! These cohorts are part of Code the Dream's Tandem Apprenticeship program, an innovative talent development program for building a sustainable tech talent pipeline, and we're proud to have SAS as a partner. We love any chance to reconnect with our community, and it's even better seeing the support and connection between cohorts grow.

Our team is growing! We're hiring for our Senior Data Engineer – Tech Equity Fellowship, a one-year role for engineers with 5+ years of experience who want to do something meaningful with their skills.

🛠️ Design data platforms & pipelines that turn complex source data into reliable, usable information
🤝 Mentor junior apprentice developers as they grow into strong data engineers
🌱 One-year fellowship with a strong track record of permanent roles after
