God invites us into something deeper: a renewed mind, a changed perspective, and a life shaped by His truth.
This week, we were reminded that spiritual growth and emotional health go hand in hand. What’s happening in our minds matters, and we can bring it to Jesus.
“Be renewed in the spirit of your minds.”Ephesians 4:23
The enemy wants to make the world feel bigger than God’s people.
But through Jesus, we’ve been called to right-size the world—and to remember who actually has the authority. That means we don’t have to live intimidated by darkness. We can stand, we can resist, and we can live with a holy defiance that says, “Jesus is the Light of the world.”
“Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.” — Ephesians 6:10

There’s a lot we don’t understand about the unseen realm. Angels. Demons. Spiritual powers. Even questions about UFOs and UAPs can leave people wondering what’s actually happening around us.
But here’s what we do know: whatever exists in the unseen realm, Jesus is above it all. Every power. Every authority. Every name. Everything is under His feet.
You don’t have to have every answer to every question to have confidence in Jesus. That’s good news for all of us.
Watch this message and let’s talk about what the Bible actually says about the unseen realm.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve talked about some big questions. What happens after this life? What does the Bible actually say about heaven? And how should what we believe about eternity shape the way we live today?
But one thing we’re reminded of again and again is that we were never meant to figure this life out alone.
We need people around us. People to laugh with, pray with, ask hard questions with, and remind us of what’s true when life feels a little messy.
Next Sunday, we’re starting a new series called I Guess I Just Feel Like. We’re going to have some honest conversations about mental health, our emotions, and what it looks like to follow Jesus when we don’t always feel okay.
Wherever you’re at right now, there’s a place for you at NewHope. Come find your people. Come grow with us. Come as you are.
We’ll see you next Sunday!

Faith was never meant to be something we figure out on our own.
We need people to laugh with, worship with, ask hard questions with, and remind us of what’s true when life feels an uncertain.
As we continue Afterlife, we’re exploring the questions we all carry about what comes next and discovering how the hope we have in Jesus changes the way we live today.
So come find your people. Come worship with us. Come grow with us.
See you tomorrow!

When life feels uncertain, we can come back to what we know: there is no one else like Jesus.
He’s still faithful. Still good. Still worthy of it all.
What if God’s promises are more certain than your circumstances?
He’s been working, moving, and fulfilling His promises—even when people couldn’t see how the story would unfold. When we apply that to the afterlife and heaven, we begin to be reminded that God finishes what He starts, and that what He has promised, He will bring to pass.
“He who promised is faithful.” — Hebrews 10:23

What if heaven isn’t just something we wait for—but something that gives us hope for today?
In this week’s Afterlife message, we talked about the promise of being with Jesus, receiving a resurrected body, and one day entering the new heaven and new earth. This world isn’t our final home, and no matter what season we’re walking through, we can trust that God is faithful to finish what He started.
Heaven isn’t just something to learn about. It’s something to look forward to.

There’s something about remembering where we’re headed that changes how we live right now.
As we continue our Afterlife series, we’re reminded that this isn’t all there is. We have a hope that goes beyond today—and that hope gives us a different perspective on whatever we’re carrying right now.
So wherever you find yourself this week, keep looking to Jesus. There’s more ahead. And we’re grateful to walk this journey together.
See you next Sunday, NewHope!
