the Gathering Church

Thanks Baker Street Cookies for providing a beautiful and delicious activity for last night’s Gals Group 🤤.

We closed out summer with a GC Kids movie, blessing of the books, camp testimony, pool party and grad recognition. Remember this blessing as you enter whatever learning venture God has for you this year: God is for you and so are we!

Don’t let their game faces fool you, our GC Kids are excited to share their summer movie project with you during worship on Sunday, August 23! It’s out of this world 🤪👽🛸

Here’s a mid week youth Camp Haven check in! If you’re wondering how our pastor chaperones are doing, 👀 our story 🤪🕺🪩

Here’s a throwback to our May youth beach retreat in honor of youth summer camp coming up in less than a month! We love opportunities for teenagers to have fun, serve and worship together.

Easter is not just one day, but a whole season of celebration! We’ve been celebrating new life all season long with baptisms, child dedications, graduations, games and time together.

Last weekend, many of us camped, played, ate, served, worshipped, and learned together at our church wide retreat. We saw God in new ways and connected with each other in God’s good creation. Are you tent camping or shared cabining next year?

Join us by the lake 🌊 this Sunday for worship at 🏕️ (4300 Camp Chestnut Ridge Rd). Arrive by 9:45am to park and wear comfortable shoes you can walk in! Outdoor childcare for 5 and under available. We will NOT meet at Reality or livestream this week.

Thanks for helping us send our youth back to summer camp at Camp Haven this July! GC Youth raised over $4,332 cooking and serving a spaghetti lunch last month.
