The Community Health Coalition Team is lead by the Durham Academy of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy (DAMDP). CHC consist of professionals with a variety of expertise and knowledge. Members range from community volunteers, students (graduates & undergraduates), nurses, nutritionist, internist, pharmacist, dentist, and family and specialty practice physicians.

Although our foundation and history is rich and built on the history we honor and remember this month, but it is embedded in our mission and the work we do for the communities we serve.
