🗣️We don't want just A Fair Wage, We Want A Livable/Sustainable Wage!

I heard A Sustainable Wage - it is the minimum hourly or annual income required for a worker to comfortably (NOT BARELY)meet their basic living expenses—such as housing, food, healthcare, transportation, and clothing—without relying on public assistance.
Let me also add this…WITHOUT A SECOND JOB!

Those who are in AUTHORITY (The Decision Makers) have an Ethical Responsibility and Duty to see to it as Human Beings.
What separates those who are
Crooked, Inhumane, Immoral, and Unjust is our God given Conscious.

One we must actively use or else fall into a state of…… IMMORALITY!!!
One immoral decision doesn't make us immoral, it takes several consistent immoral acts or Decision to bring about State of immorality. Where your decision or actions is justified in your own your sight as being OK. “It Ok, To Nickle And Dime”
Why? We feel we can get away with it!

Tell me what is so necessary in The Budget, What Tax Breaks that can't be put off, stopped When it comes to the Welfare Of HUMAN BEINGS???
Those of us who have impacted GENERATIONS! Your parents, you, your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc…

PUBlIC EDUCATORS have touched the lives of almost every child within our city and communties.
We have impacted the lives of so many with little to nothing to show for it!

While we love what we do, this is NOT A COMPLAINT…. We are asking for what WE NEED. As Classified Staff!

•When it was time to fight for those who worked at McDonald's and other organizations to raise their minimum wage, I supported. (Showed Up)
• When the teachers marched for better pay, I supported. (Showed Up)
• Bus Drivers, I Supported their efforts• For kids and schools to get more funding. Kids Over Corporations, I supported. (showed Up)

🗣️Healing Is The Children’s Bread. God’s will for our lives is to walk in “Total Healing“ that includes our Spirit, Soul and Body. He also desires for us to be made “Whole.”

Healing Journey Day #2.

Many forget that Healing, Faith and Repentance are areas that need to be applied daily.
* Repentance - must take place daily not occasionally. Why? We become a contact with so many spirits and influences on a daily basis. 🤔 think about this. Have you ever been around someone for a period of time, and you begin to laugh like them or take on some of their characteristics?
There are things that we pick up that we are unaware of until the Holy Spirit reveals them, and they are brought up before us. Some of them may seem to be what we may call SMALL, but remember it is the small foxes (things) that can poison, break down, and destroy you, a whole city, nation or whatever we’re trying to build.

* Healing - belongs to EVERY believer. It is something that we must take possession of, confess and DEFEND!! Walking in our healing is “A Daily Walk.” **** Do Not Be Deceived!! It is Possible to walk in total healing physically & break the Generational Curses.

* Repentance - is a confession all believers should make on a “Daily Basis“ for sins knowingly, and unknowingly we may have committed that are against the will of God. Example… Job, he prayed and asked for forgiveness daily, not only for himself, but his children also.
Note: Daily repentance is also vitally important because if we don’t take care of the sin or iniquity early, it then becomes a stronghold in our lives and harder to break free from.

Stll Waiting… 🗣️This is my viewpoint and stance on the issue.
My Viewpoint: Many of you have heard and should know by now,
I always talk about having old school values (morals, integrity, etc..), and having Christian principles. 
This situation is bigger than just meeting and figuring out a BUDGET.
More importantly, it is about making a moral decision.
We as a city and state must decide which direction we’re going to take.
1. Just sitting down trying to figure out and collectively decide on a budget. (not thinking of anything else.)
2. Putting the people first, assessing the needs of those they have been given responsibility over and make the necessary changes that will positively impact the people, their families lives as well as the organizations we all work within.

It is not moral to pay ANYONE below the standard cost of living when you have the resources to do so.
You’ll are being asked what we ALL should do/carry … that is the moral responsibility to do what is not only “humane” but “Right.”

SEE THE RED FLAGS🚩🚩🚩 Something has to change… “We should not have to work Two Jobs!!

My Stance: What is being asked of you is…. The moral, humane and right thing to do.

* Showing empathy, mercy, and consideration.
* Showing Respect: Acknowledging the dignity of others.


Stance #2 - Never to divide, always to unify and come to a solution that is suitable for All parties…

Summary of the DifferenceCure vs. Wholeness: Healing addresses the physical symptom, while wholeness addresses the root of the condition and brings complete restoration of the soul.Inheritance vs. Invitation: "The children's bread" is about claiming your spiritual inheritance, whereas "wilt thou be made whole" is a personal, relational invitation to active faith and transformation.

I woke up the same words I’d been speaking to my students for years!!! Those words are, “It’s Not About Trying To Get It Done First, It’s About Getting It Right! (They Rushed To Be First And Many Didn’t Care If It/The Work Was Right.)
I woke up with such peace and reassurance although things/ my circumstances doesn’t always look like it….

North Carolina is currently 50th in public school funding, with the lowest corporate tax rate in the region — only 2%. We can't afford to fall further behind.
