Join us on Thursday 8/13 at Big Thunder Farm for a casual evening of delightful Basque-inspired small and small-ish plates from our own Billy Cotter, with creative and intriguing drink pairings by Adam Sobesy of Delafia Wine Bar. Sweet little cherry tomatoes, melted down to a soft puddle of concentrated summer. Nestled on a bed of light basil aioli and drizzled with a savory balsamic reduction (that makes me cough when they make it, but it’s so worth it). I had the foresight this time to snap a pic of it before I stuffed them both in my face.

Specials are loaded today, like with this sweet corn and Jimmy Nardello peppers crostini, sautéed in house made duck pancetta, mixed with mascarpone, and topped with crispy duck bits.

That’s a spicy meatball! 🤌(Actually, it’s not too spicy, just really flavorful 🤓)
