IT'S OCTOBER, don't Wait for January to Get Back on Track!!
The holidays aren't here quite yet, but life is already starting to speed up.
Schedules get busier. Work gets hectic. Travel starts creeping onto the calendar. Football, holidays, family events, end-of-year deadlines... suddenly your routine looks very different.
And this is exactly when people start saying:
“I'll get back into it after the holidays.”
Here's the problem: a few months of inconsistency can turn into a much harder restart.
Instead of trying to be perfect through the busy season, focus on maintaining your routine.
You don't need to hit every workout.
You don't need a perfect diet.
You don't need to PR every week.
You need to keep showing up.
🏋️♀️ Train when you can.
🥩 Prioritize protein and real food.
💧 Stay hydrated.
😴 Protect your sleep when possible.
🚶 Keep moving outside the gym.
📅 Plan your workouts before the week gets away from you.
Consistency doesn't mean doing everything perfectly.
It means not letting a busy season turn into a lost season.
And if you've been waiting for the "right time" to start training, there probably isn't going to be one. Start now, build the habit, and you'll head into January with momentum instead of starting from zero.
Don't wait for January. Build the routine now.
If you're looking for some structure, accountability, and a place to train, send us a DM or book a No Sweat Intro through our website link in our bio.
⚡️SPRINT CLINIC RECAP! 🏃♂️💨
What a great session! We spent the morning going over what plyometrics actually are, working on running mechanics, sprint form, and different plyometrics with Coach Nirie.
Getting faster isn't just about running harder. It’s about learning how to move efficiently, create power, and put that power into the ground.
Big thanks to everyone who came out and put in the work! 🙌
And if you missed the clinic, you can still work with Coach Nirie, our running coach, through personal training or small-group training with friends.
Looking to improve your running form, get faster, or become more explosive?

TRAIN FOR LIFE!
A few of our members recently took on a DEKA event, and we want to give them a huge shoutout for showing up, putting in the work, and challenging themselves! .kgreen .alegre1 👏
We love seeing our members take the fitness they’ve built at Fit Lab outside the gym and put it to work.
But honestly, this is exactly why we train. The goal isn't just to get better at workouts inside the gym. It's to build the strength, endurance, mobility, confidence, and resilience to do cool stuff outside of it.
Run a race.
Hike a mountain.
Play with your kids.
Travel without feeling limited.
Pick up something heavy.
Try something you've never done before.
Say yes to the adventure.
Every week you show up, you're investing in the ability to live your life to the fullest.
We’re not just training for the gym. We’re training for life!

Coffee social was a success!
We believe fitness is about more than what happens during the hour you spend training.
It’s the people who know your name.
The high fives after a hard workout.
The encouragement when you’re struggling.
The conversations between sets.
And the friendships that keep you coming back.
That’s why we love taking a little extra time to slow down and hang out together.
After our recent workout, we swapped barbells for coffee, fruit, and hydration drinks and got to enjoy the best part of Fit Lab, each other.
A strong fitness community gives you support, accountability, connection, and a reason to keep showing up, even on the days when motivation is nowhere to be found.
You don't have to do fitness alone, come train with us!

Nutrition that fits your life
Come workout with us!
Wondering what a class at Fit Lab actually looks like?
It’s more than just showing up and getting your butt kicked for an hour.
We start by breaking down the workout so you know what you're doing and, more importantly, why you're doing it.
Then we warm up, move, and get your body ready for the work ahead.
Next, we teach a skill or movement, giving you the opportunity to learn and practice before we turn up the intensity.
Then it's time to put that skill to work and see what you've got.
The MetCon gets the heart rate up, the music gets a little louder, and everyone gets after it together.
And when the workout is over?
We hang around. We talk. We laugh. We recover. We build community.
That's a Fit Lab hour.
Learn. Move. Train. Sweat. Connect.
Come see what we're all about.

AUGUST WINS 🏆🔥
August was full of PRs, breakthroughs, firsts, and plenty of moments worth celebrating!
This crew put in the work and gave us some awesome wins to celebrate, whether that meant hitting a new PR, mastering a movement, pushing through a tough workout, or accomplishing something they’ve been working toward.
Big congratulations to everyone pictured! 👏
And remember, progress doesn't always show up on the barbell. Sometimes the biggest win is simply showing up, putting in the work, and getting a little better than you were yesterday.
Keep stacking those wins, Fit Lab. September is up next. 💪
