Outdoor Story Time at Depot Park

Join Children's Librarian Sarah at the Depot Park covered area for stories, music, movement and rhymes. Help develop your child’s early literacy skills. A short bubble play time will follow.

***In case of inclement weather (including wildfire smoke), Story Time will be moved to the Duvall Library meeting room.***

Newborns and up with adult. No registration required.

Teen Space

For middle and high school students. Come relax, play games, work on homework, or get creative with art activities in a space made just for you. Enjoy free snacks!

Make Your Own Mending Kit

3:30pm–5:30pm

Take a step toward sustainability by making your very own mending kit to take home with you and use to repair your clothes! Students will make an artsy felt mending book that fits in a pocket, and equip it with needles and thread so they can take the power of mending with them everywhere they go!

Ages 10 and older. No registration required.

KidsQuest Museum: Creative Circuits

Explore circuitry at a higher level as we introduce circuit cubes. Explore how these electronic building blocks can spark creativity and inspire artistry. Get ready to explore where art and science come together, using engineering, upcycling and new art mediums.

Gardening with Edible & Medicinal Native Plants

Join us for an exploration of the edible and medicinal plants native to the PNW. In this interactive class led by Lea Dyga, you'll learn how to identify, grow, harvest, and utilize 10+ local plants with nourishing and healing properties.

For adults and teens over age 16.

Fantasy Mapmaking

Ever wanted to make your very own treasure map or epic fantasy world? Come join artist and game master Emily Donnel as we explore fantasy mapmaking and play some mapmaking games. For ages 8-12.
