Another week, another step closer to the finish line.
Both tenant improvement projects are moving along:
• Flooring, trim, paint, and finish work are wrapping up on one.
• Insulation and drywall are complete on the other, with taping and mudding next.
Progress is happening fast. Follow along as we take these spaces from construction to completion.
A tenant improvement (TI) is the process of transforming a commercial space to fit the needs of the business moving in.
