🥂Must be 21+ to follow! There are over 3,100 whitewater miles in the state of Idaho. Our story started in a canyon and has had many meanderings through a fraction of those thousands of miles. The sparkling wine we make is our tribute and thanks to the whitewater that has shaped our story. We are Idaho's first sparkling winery and we focus on old world methods for traditional method sparkling wines; think re-fermented in bottle, hand riddled, hand disgorged.
We know you’re all excited about our new w**es, but we’re super excited about all of our new local pairings!!
We’ve got dried cherries from Cherry Hill Farms - Idaho - , cheddar caramel popcorn from Hip Pop Hooray , baby dill pickles from Dillys Pickled Veggies , and of course, a cappuccino cardamom truffle from The Chocolat Bar !

Wow, what a night! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our third annual Cochelet Dinner this Saturday! We had the best time celebrating the end of harvest, pouring our new releases, spending time with all of you, and enjoying an incredible meal curated and catered by Sw**e Thyme🧡 and to top it all off we were lucky enough to enjoy a full harvest moon!!

Our Fall Release Party is almost here! ✨
Join us Saturday, October 17th at 36th Street Event Center to celebrate the release of our newest lineup of bubbles!
We’ll be kicking things off with our traditional Release Tasting Party with tastings at 12:00, 2:00, and 4:00 p.m., paired with hors d’oeuvres from the team at 36th Street. Think cocktail party, but with bubbles!! 🥂
And since we’ve been looking for an excuse to throw a sparkle party, we figured now’s the time. Starting at 6:00 p.m., we’ll be closing out the night with a Sparkle Party with music, w**e by the glass and bottle, food available for purchase, and all things sparkly. ✨🍾
The Sparkle Party is FREE to attend, and we encourage you to wear all of your sparkly things!
