Zinc +magnesium is a blessing for recovery. Magnesium helps with muscle functioning. I have realized that after taking this supplement, I have had better contractions during my workout. I also have a faster recovery time after I work out. I would give this a 8/10.

Everyone should be talking multi vitamins. These opti men vitamins have helped me with taking my body to its next level. During the months I took this, I saw an incredible difference in my body. I would rate this 8/10.

If you’re a basic white girl, then this drink is probably for you. It has a nice and sweet taste just like any Starbucks drink that is meant for focus. @ Edgewater, New Jersey
