October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Edgewater Rotary is once again putting together a team for the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on Saturday, October 31, in Daytona Beach! 💗

So many of our Rotary members and their families have been personally affected by breast cancer. We love having the opportunity to come together to celebrate those who are thriving, honor those who have fought, and remember those we have lost. 💕

Join the Edgewater Rotary team and walk with us as we support everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer!

Join our team by visiting the link below!

One of the best things about being a member of Edgewater Rotary is feeling like you’re part of a family.

And Saturday night, we got together to celebrate two very special members of our Rotary family—Gage and Griffin—as they celebrated their 21st birthdays! 🎉

We had an absolute blast at their casino-themed celebration with delicious food, fun drinks, plenty of laughs, and even a little craps…well, sort of. 😂 Let’s just say it’s a complicated game!

It’s always so nice to put aside the meetings, projects and fundraisers for a night and simply enjoy each other’s company. We are so grateful for the friendships and memories that make Edgewater Rotary feel like family. ❤️

🤠🐂 What a Hootenanny! Florida Party Works had a blast bringing the fun to the Edgewater Rotary Hootenanny 2026!

Thank you to the Rotary Club of Edgewater for having us! ❤️

Today, we’re celebrating Edgewater Rotarian Gage Guinter and his twin brother Griffin as they officially hit the big 21!! 🥳

Gage has been part of the Edgewater Rotary family since his days as an INTERACT member at New Smyrna Beach High School, and if you’ve attended a Rotary meeting or event over the past five years, there’s a very good chance you’ve seen him in action!

Whether he’s serving food at our weekly meetings, setting up events, lifting and carrying the heavy stuff, cleaning up afterward, hosting games at meetings, helping with Rotary Island cleanups, pitching in on community service projects, mentoring students at RYLA, or helping with our club’s public image, Gage is always there and always willing to help. 💙💛

Simply put, we can’t say enough good things about Gage. He has grown from an INTERACT student into a dedicated Rotarian and mentor who gives his time, energy and muscle to just about everything we do. We are incredibly proud to have him as a member of our Rotary family!

So today, we raise a glass (or two 😉) to Gage and Griffin and wish them both an amazing 21st birthday!
