Culinary Arts Professor Cindy Braun recently welcomed President McCormick to her Baking Fundamentals course for a hands-on baking lesson with students.
Working alongside student Avi Silva, President McCormick tried his hand at making chocolate chip cookies and Italian lemon cookies. The class also offered a few helpful baking lessons, which included using a spoodle to transfer dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and understanding the importance of consistent portioning and shaping when making cookies. 🍪

Logan LeBuis graduated from Middlesex College in 2017 with a degree in Media Arts and Design. He chose Middlesex for its strong Advertising Graphic Design program, which stood out to him when he attended the a Spring Open House.
Logan also appreciated the collaborative environment because students worked together and supported one another rather than competing.
Today, Logan is a Senior Brand Designer at Mattel where he works on global brand campaigns and events.
His journey is a great example of how the skills and experiences gained at Middlesex College can help prepare students for careers in the creative industry.
