INVITATION TO HELP TEST THE NEW ACCESS LINK SERVICE AREA MAP

Access Link is developing a new interactive map designed to help customers explore our service area. Before the tool is released to the public, they are inviting a select group of customers and community partners to test the map and share feedback.

Participating will take approximately 10-15 minutes. During the test, you will be able to explore all accessibility features and let them know how the map performs.

If you are interested in volunteering, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Full Name
- Preferred Email Address

If selected, you will receive an email containing a link to the test map and instructions on how to explore the map and provide feedback.

Your input will directly shape improvements before the map is officially launched. Thank you for helping create a more user-friendly and accessible resource for all Access Link customers!

ABLE Accounts allow individuals with disabilities to save and invest money in tax-advantaged accounts while fully protecting their eligibility for vital public assistance.

DISABILITY TRANSPORTATION BILLS UPDATE: PARATRANSIT STOP ANNOUNCEMENT LAW TAKES EFFECT ON SEPT 1ST

The new paratransit stop announcement law, which requires paratransit vehicle operators to announce every scheduled stop along their route, takes effect on September 1, 2026. ACI worked to ensure passage of A232.

Operators will now verbally announce each Access Link stop on the schedule as it is reached. These announcements will be strictly limited to the information required by law and will include the building number, street name, or if applicable, the business location name.
