Years ago, this was just a passion. Today, it’s a legacy that’s shaping the next generation.

What started as a love for wrestling has grown into something so much bigger.

Ivan from Radical Physical Therapy sat down with Joshua Ugalde, founder and owner of DURO MMA & Wrestling, to reflect on the journey they’ve shared, the challenges they’ve overcome, and how Josh transformed his passion into a place where young athletes can grow — not just in their sport, but as people.

It’s a conversation about purpose, perseverance, and what can happen when you stay committed to the vision.

🎥 This is just a glimpse. Head over to on YouTube to watch the full podcast and hear the entire conversation.
