GridShift Solar Lighting

The GridShift SIEGE Shelter Light illuminates the seating, shelter and surrounding walkway—without requiring a new underground electrical run.

It’s a practical way to add dependable lighting to gathering spaces where conventional power is difficult or expensive to reach.

Our city is on the move thanks to these visionary leaders! Thank you for building and a city that is a step ahead.

Did you know Oklahoma City is one of just three designated U.S. Soccer Soccer Forward communities in the country — alongside the South Bronx and Oakland?

This week, Joe Hewitt, Senior Advisor with Soccer Forward, spent two days in OKC touring our local soccer infrastructure and connecting with leaders from Fields & Futures, Oklahoma City Public Schools, Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation Department, YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City Police Athletic League, Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County, Mas Futbol Foundation, Oklahoma Soccer Association, and more.

This designation creates an opportunity to bring new resources, partnerships and investment into Oklahoma City’s soccer community — and ultimately, expand access to the game for more kids.

The future is bright in OKC! ⚽

The real test of a solar light is seen in the morning.

Insist on burn time testing to ensure nightly runtime, proper system sizing, and proven field performance—not just a daytime product photo.

Cities shouldn’t have to sacrifice design aesthetics when choosing solar!

GridShift offers decorative configurations that bring solar lighting into civic spaces without sacrificing the look of the project.

Solar lighting has to do more than turn on. It has to deliver useful, dependable light where people drive, walk, and gather.

GridShift systems are built for real commercial and municipal applications.

More playing time. No underground electrical infrastructure.

GridShift solar sports lighting brings dependable illumination to courts and recreation areas where conventional power is difficult or expensive.

Safely lit parks and pathways shouldn’t depend upon the nearest electrical connection.

Solar lighting can extend usable hours while avoiding trenching, wiring, and utility infrastructure.

OUTAGES BECOME ASSETS without trenching, conduit, or troubleshooting electrical service.

GridShift retrofit systems are built for fast field installation on commercial and municipal projects.

Ask this before approving a solar-lighting substitution:

“If the battery is smaller, where did the missing energy go?”

Maybe the luminaire is more efficient.
Maybe the system dims.
Maybe the runtime is shorter.
Maybe the autonomy is lower.

Any of those can be legitimate—if they meet the owner’s requirement.

But the math has to reconcile.

The hidden cost of conventional lighting is the things OTHER than the actual light!

Solar lighting brings the energy to the pole and eliminates:

Trenching.
Conduit.
Copper.
Transformers.
Meters.
Utility coordination.
Pavement restoration.
Landscape restoration.

When power is already at the pole, AC can make perfect sense. When it is not, solar lighting is the obvious choice. See why GridShift is the GOLD STANDARD! https://f.mtr.cool/46ox0vgv6b
