The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that focuses on proper motion of the pelvis and balance in the muscles and ligaments in that area, which is vital especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Breastfeeding or latch issues can be difficult to navigate, leaving you feeling frustrated and helpless. 😫

Birth is a natural process, but even if it goes smoothly, it can put some stress on a newborn’s spine and nervous system.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤱🏻 For breastfeeding, it’s so important the neck and jaw muscles are able to do their thing. If there’s any tension or misalignment there, it can make latching on a bit tricky for your baby.
Your baby’s upper neck region is incredibly vulnerable during birth, and tugging, pulling or even simply the pressure of an undisturbed birth can cause subluxations or misalignments. The increased tension and tight muscles can make it difficult for your baby to latch during breastfeeding.

Adjustments help reduce this tension and restore optimal functioning in the nervous system. 🌟
