Brick day is always an exciting milestone.

Seeing the brick delivered to the jobsite means the exterior is about to come to life, and it's one of those moments when a custom home really starts to take shape.

I'm especially excited about the deep-colored brick we've chosen for . It's going to create a beautiful contrast with the warm wood accents, giving this home a timeless, modern feel.

This project took a little longer to get rolling because we needed a variance from the City of Oklahoma City, but we're grateful that process is behind us and thrilled to be making great progress. We can't wait to see this vision come to life!

is officially sold 🤍
Closing day feels extra special on this one. This home is heading to new owners who truly love midcentury modern design—and it shows. From the very beginning, their excitement, appreciation for the details, and connection to the style made this the perfect fit.
There’s something so meaningful about seeing a home like this land exactly where it belongs. Designed with intention, and now filled with people who genuinely get it.
These photos are just the start of their story here, and we couldn’t be more excited for them.

friends’ entry and I’m kind of obsessed.

The color. The fun. The warmth. The natural light.

Tucked just out of the way so guests can drop shoes, bags, etc. without creating a traffic jam at the front or garage door. No one stuck waiting while everyone unloads. Just easy, thoughtful flow.

The brass hardware, the walnut back panel, the style… ooooo so good. ✨

office is fully color drenched in the perfect shade. MCM-inspired cabinetry, views to the courtyard garden, and that dreamy indoor/outdoor connection. If the future owners ever add a pool back there… just imagine the kind of everyday living this space will be part of.

Mid-century modern kitchen + dining + scullery moment 😍
Walnut cabinetry, a U-shaped island, and a bold 48” range doing the heavy lifting. We tucked in a microwave drawer, full-size built-in fridge/freezer, and a bev fridge so everything has a place (and the counters stay clean ✨).
Add in warm wood floors, brass hardware, and layered lighting and suddenly it’s giving cozy-modern instead of just modern. Flooded with natural light and finished with handmade tile for that perfectly imperfect texture… this one hits that warm + modern sweet spot.
Would you cook here or just stand around admiring it? 👀

At , this glass-filled foyer with courtyard views, pops of color, natural stone, and hits of chrome and brass sets the tone right away — semi-private, light-filled, and leading you straight into the living room. Perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.
The living room keeps the drama going with epic windows, a statement fireplace wrapped in floor-to-ceiling stone, and a floating terrazzo-look hearth, while hidden storage is tucked in so quietly you barely notice it… just lots of space and lots of style. ✨
