📅 Managing executives' schedules and appointments

🏥 Handling patient scheduling and office communications
📝 Performing clerical duties (filing, photocopying, answering phones)
🔒 Handling confidential data and fulfilling medical record requests

Requirements:
💼 Proven experience as an administrative assistant
🗣️ Strong organizational and communication skills
💻 Proficient in MS Office, experience with calendar management
🔍 Attention to detail and ability to multitask
