Who says stew meat has to be used for stew? 😂

I had absolutely no idea what to make for dinner, so I grabbed some of our beef stew meat and threw together a quick “stir fry” over rice.

And honestly… it turned out SO good. 🙌

Stew meat is one of those underrated cuts to keep on hand. It’s already cut up, easy to cook with, and perfect for those “what in the world am I making for dinner?” nights. 😂

Also, please don’t judge the spoon. Apparently every fork in my house has disappeared and absolutely NO ONE knows what happened to them.

Our beef starts with Oklahoma-raised cattle. From there, it comes through our USDA-inspected processing plant right on our ranch in Allen, where we dry age, cut and package it before bringing it to our stores.

It’s a pretty direct route from our ranch to your table—and we’re proud to be able to tell you exactly where your beef comes from.
