Frequency Collective is looking for a Guest Service Team Member to join our team 💫

We’re currently hiring for Friday + Saturday availability and looking for someone who is warm, organized, personable, and confident in both guest experience + sales.

This is so much more than a front desk position.
Our guest service team helps create the entire experience from the moment a guest walks through the door. It’s a role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make others feel taken care of.

This could be a great fit if you:

✨ Are highly organized and detail-oriented
✨ Feel confident recommending retail + supporting rebooking
✨ Work well in a team environment
