2-Day Oil Painting in The Russian Impressionist Tradition

The Friday evening painting demo is included in the fee for this class and will take place here at Cole Gallery. You will not want to miss watching Pam paint a still life from start to finish in two hours!

Renowned impressionist Pam Ingalls will teach you to paint in the beautiful Russian impressionist style of “liquid light.” This experienced instructor will take each student at their own level through the basics, exploring value, color, and intensity in oil painting with still lifes using her fresh, impasto approach. Friday evening, watch a painting demonstration, with lots of time for questions afterwards. The next two days will be an immersion into learning how to paint. Plan to get inspired and walk away with new skills. The class will paint from a wide variety of still life vignettes.
