We are thrilled to recognize our amazing Toddler 2 team — Ms. Glenda, Ms. Chavon, Ms. Hifae, and Ms. Haley — as our September Team of the Month!

This wonderful group consistently goes above and beyond to create a loving, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels safe, supported, and valued. Their dedication to the children is evident each and every day through the care, patience, kindness, and enthusiasm they bring into the classroom.
Our Toddler 2 team has received such heartfelt praise from parents who appreciate the exceptional care their children receive. Parents have shared how kind and friendly the teachers are, how much they appreciate the daily updates, and how reassured they feel knowing their children are in such caring hands. Families have also noticed how much their children are learning and growing, thanks to the teachers’ dedication to making every day an opportunity to learn something new.
One of the most meaningful compliments is hearing just how much the children love their teachers. The strong bonds Ms. Glenda, Ms. Chavon, Ms. Hifae, and Ms. Haley have built with the children are a true reflection of the warmth and love they bring to their classroom.

Parents describe them as a wonderful group who truly go above and beyond, and we couldn't agree more! From nurturing little hearts to encouraging curious minds, this team works together to make Toddler 2 a happy, enriching, and welcoming place for every child.

We are so excited to recognize Ms. Beth as our Teacher of the Month for September!

Ms. Beth brings such a positive, happy, and welcoming energy into the classroom each day. Her wonderful personality and sweet nature make both children and families feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Parents consistently describe her as attentive, thoughtful, hardworking, and genuinely in touch with the children in her care.

Ms. Beth has a special way of connecting with each child. She takes the time to notice their needs, listen to them, encourage them, and make sure they feel seen and loved. Her dedication and attentiveness create a classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and grow.

Most importantly, the children absolutely love her! Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care shine through in everything she does. Ms. Beth goes above and beyond to make each day a happy and meaningful experience for her students, and her positive attitude is truly contagious.
We are incredibly grateful for all of the love, patience, thoughtfulness, and hard work Ms. Beth puts into her classroom. She is a wonderful example of what it means to be a caring and dedicated teacher.

We wanted to take a moment to shout out Mrs Rose from Toddler 1! Mrs. Rose was coined by inspectors during our Higher Headquarters Unannounced Inspection this week as a DAF CYP Hero!

Inspectors commended Mrs Rose for the warm, welcoming, caring environment that she has created in Toddler 1. Her passion for working with children shines through in everything she does, inspiring curiosity, confidence, and a genuine love of learning. Together with her team, she has built a classroom culture that fosters exploration, meaningful relationships, and joyful learning experiences every day.

Thank you, Mrs. Rose, for the care, dedication, and positive impact you make in the lives of our children and families! We are so grateful to have you as part of our Edwards CDC team!

Their dedication goes far beyond simply completing their daily responsibilities—they continually go the extra mile to ensure that both the children and their families receive the best childcare experience possible.
Together, they have built strong and meaningful relationships with the children and their parents. They take the time to get to know each child individually, create connections with families, and make everyone feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Their consistency and compassion help create a classroom environment where children can thrive and families can feel confident knowing their children are in good hands.
Row, Beth, Ashlee, and Malory are a team that can be counted on. They support one another, step up when needed, and work together to ensure the needs of the children, families, and center are met. Their teamwork, dedication, and willingness to always do a little more truly make a difference.

Our August employee of the month is…. Ms. Madi from Pretoddler 1!!

Madi is truly deserving of Teacher of the Month recognition for her consistency, dedication, and strong presence in the classroom. She is a dependable and motivated teacher who comes to work ready to give her best each day. Madi is a true go-getter who takes initiative, steps up when needed, and is always willing to go the extra mile for the children and her team.
Madi is someone her co-teachers and coworkers can count on. She is supportive, helpful, and always willing to step in wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to work together make her a valuable part of our team.
One of Madi’s greatest strengths is the meaningful relationships she has built with both the children and their families. She creates a welcoming and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. She has also taken the time to build strong relationships with parents, creating trust and open communication that makes families feel confident in the care their children receive.
