Our North Loop and Northeast locations will be open their LAST two Saturdays on September 19 and September 26 (8 AM – 12 PM). Starting in October, our Downtown Main Library will be the only location open on Saturdays, from 10 AM – 3 PM.

AsĂ cerrĂł el programa Skills for Sustainability (S4S) SCADA en El Paso, Texas: 40 tĂ©cnicos certificados en sistemas de control y adquisiciĂłn de datos (SCADA), con el 93% colocado en empleos formales en agua, energĂa y manufactura. Los graduados fueron contratados en empresas como El Paso Water, Siemens, Kinder Morgan, U.S. Army Fort Bliss y STACK INFRASTRUCTURE, entre otras.
El programa fue posible gracias a la alianza entre The Trust for the Americas, el North American Development Bank , Workforce Solutions Borderplex y Western Technical College, que diseñó e impartió la formación. La ceremonia de graduación se realizó el 11 de septiembre en Western Technical College, con la presencia de la congresista Veronica Escobar.

Earlier this month, we celebrated a major milestone: the graduation of our SCADA training cohort!
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) technology helps monitor and manage critical infrastructure, including the systems that keep our water services running. Through this training, participants developed specialized, hands-on skills connected to real workforce needs in our region.
A big thank you to The Trust for the Americas, NADBank, Western Technical College, and El Paso Water for making this opportunity possible through partnership and collaboration.
And most importantly congratulations to our graduates! 🎓
