It was a great opportunity to share more about 24 Hour Home Care’s services, answer questions, and connect families with resources that can help support their unique needs.

Sofia’s journey is a beautiful example of . After working in the disability field since high school, she found a career where her passion for helping others and her purpose come together.

One of her proudest moments? Winning the Impact Award in 2024! Now, she’s excited to help another CPM reach that same achievement. 🏆

💙 Community Connections in Bakersfield! 💙

Our Bakersfield team had a wonderful time attending the Exceptional Families Conference, hosted by the Family Resource Center, to connect with families and community members while celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.

It was a great opportunity to share resources, connect with families and Service Coordinators, and learn more about how we can continue supporting individuals with disabilities and their loved ones.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to show up in our communities, build meaningful connections, and help families access the support and resources they need. 💙

We had a fantastic time participating in the 38th Annual Richard D. Davis Foundation Golf Scramble hosted by San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center!

It was a wonderful day filled with connection, conversation, and community as we came together to support a shared commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
