Cadman Group is proud to sponsor Gundo Pride again this year! Join us on Sunday, June 29th at Rec Park (Fire Circle) from 10AM–2PM for a day of inclusion and celebration.

• 10:00 AM – Gather at Rec Park Fire Circle
• 10:30 AM – Pride Walk begins
• 11:00 AM – Pride Festival

This all-ages event is organized by local volunteers and supported by community sponsors, including us! There will be music, free food & ice cream, face painting, arts & crafts, games, and more!

We celebrated one of our dedicated property managers, Mariana, this past Wednesday at Joey Manhattan Beach! We are so grateful for her years of dedications and contributions to our Cadman Group team and we wish her the best on the next chapter of her journey 💚

To show appreciation for our tenants we’re excited to host a catered lunch on Thursday, May 21st from 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM. We hope you’ll stop by the 320 Pine lobby to pick up a free lunch on us! Please RSVP by noon on Friday, May 15th with a headcount from your suite # so we can plan accordingly!
