Wilton Rancheria leadership joined Sacramento Republic FC to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Republic Stadium Preview Center.

Just a few blocks from the future stadium site, the Preview Center gives the community their first opportunity to see, touch and feel what’s coming to the Railyards, including a scale model of the 20,000+ seat stadium, seating experiences, and a look back at the history of Republic FC.

For Wilton Rancheria, the stadium is an opportunity to reclaim our ancestral homeland and help create a new destination for Sacramento where people can gather, connect, and experience something built for this community.

We’re one step closer to 2028 🧡

Tribal Council Members Hitchcock and Ruiz, along with Vice Chair Singh, accepted a proclamation from the Elk Grove City Council recognizing October 12 as Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

We’re grateful for the City’s continued partnership and the work we do together throughout the year to strengthen our community and honor the history and contributions of Native people. 🧡

Today, we gathered at the State Capitol to honor California Native American Day and celebrate the resilience, culture, and leadership of Tribal Nations across California.

We’re proud to have represented Wilton Rancheria alongside Tribal leaders, community members, and partners from across the state. A special shout-out to our Department of Cultural Preservation for being there to represent and celebrate our culture, and to our Republic FC team for coming out to support.

Today and every day, we celebrate our culture, our people, and the continued leadership of Tribal Nations.
