RTZ Audio Visual Associates is an family owned and operated audio/visual sales intergration company based in Elkridge, MD.
Founded in 1988 by President, Gary Lunsford, RTZ AV is the go to place for all your audio visual needs. No job is too small or too big for us. Whether it's from something as simple as a video cable or as complex as a room design for a conference room or classroom, we can do it all. Give us a call, email or come visit us and see what we can do for you!
Clear audio and video make teamwork work. When remote colleagues can see who is speaking, read facial expressions, and hear room responses, conversations stay natural and productive.
The Huddly C1 combines AI-driven camera direction with intelligent microphones and hi-fi stereo speakers to do exactly that. AI direction follows the conversation so remote participants see the active speaker and their expressions. At the same time, AI-driven mics and stereo speakers ensure everyone is heard, on both ends of the call.
C1 also integrates audio into the Huddly Crew platform and scales easily to C1 Crew with two Add-On Cameras, so you can standardize one platform across spaces without starting over.

Some of the most important work happens outside the formal boardroom, in the everyday rooms where teams plan, review, and make decisions. Too often those spaces have technology that connects, but does not truly include everyone.
C1 Crew changes that. Its on-device AI director follows conversation and automatically switches views as discussion moves around the table, so remote participants see who is speaking and how the room responds, not just a static wide shot. Audio is built into C1, so there’s no separate DSP, microphones, or audio system to add, wire, or tune.
This complete kit is certified for Microsoft Teams and ships in one box: one C1 videobar, two Crew Add-On Cameras, all cabling and mounting hardware, and an Ethernet switch.
Want to bring a modern, easy-to-deploy meeting experience to the rooms where day-to-day work happens? Explore the complete kit through RTZ Audio-Visual.

Medium conference rooms can leave remote participants out of the loop when people at the far end of the table fade from view.
Adding Huddly Crew cameras to the Lenovo C1 brings AI-directed framing that keeps speakers and groups clearly visible, automatically switching to the best angle as the conversation moves. That reliable visual context helps Microsoft Teams Rooms’ features perform consistently, meeting after meeting.
At RTZ Audio-Visual, we recommend solutions that are easy to deploy across the rooms your teams use most — practical technology that improves collaboration today and scales for tomorrow.

A meeting is more than what one camera at the front can see. People at the far end of the table, side conversations, whoever is at the whiteboard—those moments matter, and the deeper the room, the more gets missed. What the camera does not capture, remote participants and AI tools miss as well.
Huddly Crew extends visibility across the entire room. Three cameras work together, each aware of where people are seated, following the conversation and adjusting the view in real time. That delivers clearer meeting experiences today and richer context for the AI tools joining tomorrow’s meetings.
Deployment stays straightforward: one PoE cable per camera, no configuration, no calibration. The same platform scales from small huddle spaces to large boardrooms.

Two people in a huddle today. Twenty in a project room next year. Your workplace will keep changing—and your AV should keep up.
At RTZ Audio-Visual, we recommend scalable solutions that grow with your team. Jabra’s PanaCast 40 VBS and PanaCast U30 are ideal for small huddles. As collaboration expands into medium rooms, the PanaCast 55 VBS paired with the PanaCast SpeakerMic provides broader coverage. When teams need a larger, flexible space, the PanaCast Room Kit Multi keeps everything consistent without switching providers or systems.
We’ve been helping organizations plan for tomorrow since opening in August 1988, providing quality product recommendations to our customers that stand the test of time.

Is everyone in your boardroom contributing to the meeting, or are remote participants just watching?
In extra-large and divisible rooms, a single camera often can’t keep up as the conversation moves around the table. Remote attendees end up out of the loop.
Huddly Crew uses five cameras to direct the meeting like a broadcast, so people joining remotely can follow the discussion no matter where it goes in the room. That same platform scales to other rooms across your organization, helping you get consistent, reliable meeting experiences everywhere.
