"Dave Ramsey says indexed universal life is a bad product."
I get this weekly, and it deserves a straight answer instead of a sales pitch.
Where he's right: an IUL that's sold badly — underfunded, overloaded with cost, bought by someone who needed term and a brokerage account — is a bad outcome. That happens. It should be said out loud.
Where the blanket rule breaks down: it assumes everyone has the same problem. Buy term and invest the difference works well until you're a business owner who's maxed out every qualified plan, or a family that needs the money to be reachable if a diagnosis lands at 52.
Different tools, different jobs. Anyone who tells you one product fits every household is selling something — including when they're selling you term.

400+ Google reviews and a 4.9-star average.
We don't take that lightly. Most of those reviews mention the same two things: someone picked up the phone, and someone explained it in a language the family actually speaks.
English, Lithuanian, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian — right here in Elmhurst at 579 W. North Ave.
Thank you for trusting us with your families and your businesses.

Adding a teen to your auto policy this month? Do these four things before you sign:
• Ask which car they're rated on — assigning them to the older vehicle usually costs less
• Claim the good-student discount (most carriers want a 3.0 GPA)
• Ask about the student-away-at-school discount if they're 100+ miles away without a car
• Raise the deductible only if you can actually cover it tomorrow
A teen driver is the single biggest premium jump most families ever see. It's also the one most worth shopping — carriers price young drivers very differently.

People ask why I put life insurance on my children. Two reasons, and neither is the one you'd guess.
First: it locks in their insurability. A policy issued at 4 or 14 can't be taken away later because of a diagnosis they haven't had yet. Second: it starts building cash value they can use as adults — a first car, a down payment, a business.
It is not about expecting the worst. It's about giving them an asset and an option their future selves can't buy back.

That's a wrap on July — thank you to every family, business owner, and partner who trusted us this month. If summer taught us one thing: protection is what lets you actually enjoy the trip. Coming in August, one of my favorite topics — why I started life insurance policies for my own children, and why you might consider it too. Have a topic you want covered? Message us. The blog exists for you.
We're immigrants. We know what it's like to build a life here from scratch. The challenges you face with retirement planning are different when you're navigating two worlds.
Let us help you plan ahead with confidence.

"You can't build generational wealth without a 401(k)." Not quite — properly structured life insurance can build cash value you may access tax-advantaged during life, and the death benefit generally passes to your family without income tax. Different tools, different jobs.

Three generations, one policy. A grandparent funded a cash-value life policy; the family borrowed against it for a wedding, paid it back, and the benefit later passed to the next generation without income tax to help with a grandchild's education.

This is what we mean by protecting dignity across a whole life — not just at the end.

Kai-Zen, in plain language: a leverage strategy where your contributions are combined with bank financing to fund a larger life insurance policy than you could on your own — for healthy, higher-income professionals. More protection and potential cash value than your dollars alone would buy.
Suitability and qualification required; illustrative, not a guarantee.
