“I don’t even eat mushrooms” - taylor_knox

you heard it here first. keep the mushrooms out of his pasta. put 2,000mg of them in a sparkling water and he’s in.

our favorite place for recovery! because recovery is both how you treat your body and what you put in it!

sauna, cold plunge, and an üm

go try it out!

Fall mocktail hour, but make it functional

4 oz üm raspberry
1 oz unsweetened tart cherry juice
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
ice, rosemary sprig

Staying consistent through fall mostly comes down to staying healthy.

Beta-glucans are the compounds in mushrooms that researchers study for immune support. Combine that with a proper sleep schedule and increased hydration and your body will be on a new level of immune support.

days like this will never get old

it’s the little things ✨

life is short - buy the drink, book the flight, and call your mom.

this weekend we took over Club House Enc. for a morning of pilates and recovery.

our favorite part about starting with pilates is being done before most of the day has started. you’ve moved, sweated and focused for an hour, and it’s not even 10am.

that’s also when recovery matters most. you wake up after 7 or 8 hours without water, then sweat on top of it. üm has 350mg of electrolytes to help your body hold onto what you drink after class, plus 2,000mg of mushrooms, including lion’s mane, which has been studied for focus.

we’re doing this again soon. link in bio to get on the list for the next one, we hope to see you there 💚
