I help you✨ACTIVATE✨JOY & HARMONY in your daily life🕊️—breaking negative energy cycles to live your 💎Divine Soul potential. Be Well, Be Joyful.
At Equilibrium by Cynthia, MY MISSION IS GUIDING YOU TO YOUR JOY—using the transformative tools of yoga, meditation, spiritual healing, astrology, and soul journey adventure to LIVE THE LIFE YOU CAME HERE FOR. Find your Equilibrium.
What if your heart’s desire is shifting?
Where do you go when you begin to remember why you came here?
These are the questions of the Divine✨ prompting the Eternal You.
On the material plane, you’re experiencing changes. After all, your Soul came here to learn —
What are you doing with the lessons?
Are you reevaluating your choices?
Are the storms of life opening new doors?
Step by step, October’s energy continues opening a divine portal into the spiritual maturation of your Soul— everything you came here to be and become—by asking you to find a clearer way home.
With unwavering love and support, we’re receiving Soul guidance through changes.
The Holy ones are working with us, asking for one thing: That we use our newfound awareness to free ourselves from negative patterns, and become who we really are to lift up the world.

The Energies Now with Cynthia
Astrology of the Week of September 21
This week holds divergent energies—feeling like a transition point, and also an initiation—follow your intuition.
How does it feel being more authentic?
What are you ready to take action on that you’ve come to understand & unfold?
Are you trusting in the Universe to guide you when you’re not sure?
There won’t be a Live today on the 3 key energetic themes of the week — as I’m traveling to Greece for Equilibrium’s first international retreat! 🇬🇷✨✨✨
Make time to meditate on these 3 themes, calling in your angels and guides for more intuitive support.
