Bold Boundaries are the message of this week, loves.

Our Seeker of Air, Skunk, shares that sometimes the best way to set a boundary is to RADIATE your unapologetic self and let others decide whether or not you’re their flavor.

It’s an awful feeling when your self-expression is misunderstood or, worse, makes people you care about deeply uncomfortable.

But, other people’s discomfort, uncertainty, or judgment is not yours to manage.

(That doesn’t mean every space is safe for your full self to be revealed.)

If you’ve been filtering yourself online because of criticism from clients, friends, or family, Skunk asks you to consider…

Have you been honest with them about who you are?

Are you showing up in integrity within that relationship?

If so, how much of your online presence they consume is up to them. If they don’t like what they see, they can always look away.

But if you’re holding back from sharing more of your true self because certain eyes are on your content?

Consider this your permission to block them and keep waving your freak flag as high as you want.

Remember, boundaries are FOR you, not AGAINST someone else.

Make your spaces as safe as they need to be so you can express your whole self.

Mother stuff is UP this week, says our Monday messenger, Elephant.

Are you a mother who has been abused by our systems of so-called justice? A mom whose voice gets ignored in favor of experts in white coats? A grown child with disrepair causing strife between you and the mother figures in your life?

These are some of our deepest wounds, our deepest sources of despair.

Elephant counsels us not to lose hope, not to feel alienated from our inherent belonging; for you are a child of this Earth.

At any moment, you can let yourself be held by this ground, let yourself feel the magnetism of Her gravity, the force that pulls you to the belly of this planet, a force that acts equally on all bodies, a force that is undeniable.

I let gravity tell me a story that I am loved in my imperfections. That my presence is desired. That I am here for a reason. That we are all held here, that we each exist because we matter.

May you feel held. May you know loving kindness.
May you be a sanctuary for others from the roughness of this life.
May your gifts be shared, seen, and valued.
May your heart know love.

Life is short, though I keep this from my children.

WHOA! Radars across the eastern half of the United States have exploded with reflectivity tonight. Most of what you’re looking at is the result of birds with current estimates now over half a BILLION actively in flight. This is part of the annual fall migration southward and appears to be the busiest night of the season underway.
