Our members are super cool and constantly doing great things. 🌟 We’re always looking for ways to showcase all the incredible things they do, so we’re starting a Meet the Members series to show them some love!

First we have Kate, founder of Kate Robb! She creates educational content and teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to build online businesses and diversify their income streams. Over the past few years, she’s grown her business around helping people create more freedom through side hustling - whether that’s through Etsy, content creation, or building sustainable online income.

She’s also the co-founder of Not An Influencer Creator Agency, where she helps educational creators connect with brands, and co-hosts the Accidentally Influential podcast alongside her business partner, Tea, where they share honest conversations about the creator economy and what it really looks like to partner with brands.

When she’s not working, you’ll probably find Kate out for a run with 8Run4 Erie Run Club, spoiling her standard poodle Betty, wandering an antique store, needlepointing, or grabbing an iced coffee with friends.

Today, we popped the champers for Complete Payroll and their team as they expand from one leader (Jamie Thompson!) to a team of four right here at Radius.

These are moments we love - celebrating the people behind the businesses, the big milestones, the growth, and the work happening right here in Erie. We love that our space can be part of the journey, whether it’s a ribbon cutting, a launch party, a conference, a speaking engagement, or simply bringing people together to mark something exciting.

We believe great people do great work, and when those people have a place to connect, collaborate, and support each other, our whole community gets stronger.

Erie is such a vibrant, beautiful city, filled with talented people making incredible things every day. At Radius, we’ve always believed that innovation and creativity go hand in hand, and our new downtown space gives us the opportunity to celebrate even more of what makes this community so special.

That’s why we’re excited to partner with Erie Arts & Culture to curate our walls with artwork created by the people of Erie.

We’re putting out an open call for artwork from artists of all experience levels. Whether you’re an established artist, an emerging creative, or someone who doesn’t even think of yourself as an artist but loves to create, we want to see your work. If you’ve got a piece sitting in your home or studio waiting for the right place, this could be it.

Rather than filling our walls with artwork from somewhere else, we want this space to reflect the city we’re proud to call home. Every day, entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and community members walk through Radius, and we want them to experience the talent, perspective, and creativity that exists right here in Erie.

Selected pieces will be purchased for permanent display throughout the space, giving local artists the opportunity to become part of a place where our community gathers, collaborates, and grows.

1 submission per person. Up to 3 pieces per submission.

Submit your work between August 1 - August 31. Submissions will be evaluated between September 1 - September 8. If selected, you’ll need to drop off your wall-ready piece by Friday, September 18.
