Today we hosted an Irish breakfast for our Create students! We explored our Irish history in food, creating an Irish breakfast to honor our roots and the Sisters of Mercy, founded by Catherine McAuley, who opened Mercyhurst in 1926.

It's Culinarians Day! We're shouting out our culinary leadership across campus! Executive Chef Art, Executive Sous Chef Nicola, and Sous Chef Morgan, thank you for all your hard work as well as your fun, creative, and delicious ideas! Also, if you haven't attended a Dirty Soda event at 501 Grille, Chef Morgan makes some really good Dirty Sodas!

Today we are hosting our annual Supervisor Training! Our Supervisors from all departments attend this training to learn about what’s new, exciting things for the upcoming semester, new policies, procedures, and much more!

Today we hosted our annual Team Member Opening Meeting! Our team was welcomed back with some exciting new updates, fun games, and a lot of good information! We are excited to get going and start the new academic year!
