The human head (brain, skull, etc…) weighs 10-12 lbs at a state of positional rest which is 0 degrees in alignment with the spine.

As progression above moves forward; the degrees change with each phase. Thus adding more weight as the head moves further away from it’s initial position.

This has an enormous impact on symmetry, body discomfort, and the mechanics of our body.

Choose wisely of how you treat your body.

Six months ago to the day, our family’s business succumbed to a large industrial fire; or so I thought. Since then, the uplifting love from our family and this Erie community has been incredible and overwhelming. The support confirmed to us that a building doesn’t make a business; it’s the people and love.

​That love and support was a driving force that enables us to formally announce that we are back in business. It’s been a very long six months. We could not have gotten through this without any of you. Thank you so much to everyone who has continued to be there for us every step of the way.

​When you walk into this new space, our prayer is that you feel the spirit of the old magic but also embrace the new journey that we will embark on together.
