“Discipline is choosing what you want most over what you want now.”

Repetition isn’t redundancy. It’s refinement.

What a fantastic Dance Essentials class! 🩰

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming David Godoy, certified Nutritionist, to talk all things Dancer Nutrition! From fueling our bodies to improving performance and recovery, our dancers learned so much about taking care of themselves both inside and outside the studio. 💪🥗

Thank you, David, for sharing your knowledge with us! ❤️

Trust the process. Honor the work.

Every class leaves something with you.

Mastery begins with humility.

Etiquette is part of the training.

Dance class teaches us more than technique. It teaches us how to listen, receive correction, respect others, handle disappointment, be prepared, and contribute to a shared space.

These habits matter far beyond the studio.

Because talent matters, but so does how you show up, how you treat people, and how you make a room feel.

The goal isn’t to be “proper.”
It’s to become someone others want to learn, create, and work alongside. 🤍
