Lucas has been with GWM for 10 years and plays a vital role in shaping the firm’s success. As a Partner, he helps define and drive the vision of the firm, guiding both its present direction and long-term growth. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Lucas serves as a Private Wealth Advisor, where he is deeply passionate about helping clients build thoughtful strategies to achieve their family’s financial vision.

Lucas holds the highly respected CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) and CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst®) designations.

The CFP® certification is one of the most recognized credentials in financial planning, demonstrating advanced knowledge in areas such as retirement, tax, estate, and wealth planning, along with a commitment to acting in clients’ best interests.

Marty has been with GWM for 3 years, bringing with her an impressive 41 years of experience with Northwestern Mutual. Her depth of knowledge and experience make her an invaluable part of our team.

Marty plays a central role in keeping the firm running smoothly. She supports our Lead Partner, John Bongiovanni, in his day-to-day operations while also overseeing office and workflow management, technology, and marketing initiatives. In addition, she assists with new business and policy service, helping ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our team.

Marty holds her Life, Accident & Health (LAH) license, further supporting the work she does across the firm.

Continuing our weekly spotlight, we’re excited to introduce Ryan Okey, one of two new interns at GWM 👏

Ryan joined the team two months ago and has been gaining valuable hands-on experience as he learns the ins and outs of the wealth management industry. In his role, he sits in on a variety of meetings, supports account management, and assists with investment operations—building a strong foundation for his future in finance.

Currently, a junior at Penn State Behrend, Ryan is pursuing a dual major in Finance and Accounting while also competing on the swim team. His dedication, both academically and athletically, speaks to the drive he brings to our team every day.
