Yesterday we had Jon Kreible and his crew aboard! They’re repeat customers that we always look forward to having on the boat. It’s always a great time with this crew, and the fishing didn’t disappoint!

Today we had our friends Travis, Crysta, and their little boy out with us. Watching him reel in fish and light up with excitement was definitely the highlight of the day! Seeing kids make memories on Lake Erie never gets old.

Yesterday’s trip with Josh and his crew was another fantastic day on Lake Erie! We worked 65 feet of water and the fish were chewing, making for an action-packed trip and a great group of happy anglers.

Austin, his girlfriend, and both of their dads had an awesome day on Lake Erie! The fishing was great, but hearing the stories made the day even better.

Austin’s dad is an old-school Lake Erie OG who spent his life fishing these waters back when the fishing could be tougher, but the walleye were absolute giants. He shared a lot of memories of fishing with my grandpa over the years, and it was pretty special hearing those stories.

Now it’s great to see that tradition being passed down to the next generation. Thanks again for spending the day with BushWhacker Charters—we had a blast and hope to have you all back on the water soon! 🎣

Had our friends Mark, Jen, and their friend out on the lake today, and what a great time! The fishing stayed hot, but the best part was spending the day with an awesome group.

Yesterday morning we had the pleasure of running the second boat for Matt Miller of REEL HAWG fishing charters. The fishing was awesome, and we appreciate Matt trusting us with part of his crew!

Our second trip of the day was a giveaway charter for Faye and her husband, who won the trip through the Mars Rod & Gun Club. It was great having them aboard, and they got to experience just how good the Lake Erie walleye bite has been!

Today we welcomed the Haas crew, and like a broken record… the fishing was absolutely on fire! 🔥

Karl and his crew had a fantastic day on Lake Erie yesterday! The action stayed steady all trip, and they put a bunch of beautiful walleye in the boat. Friday afternoon’s trip was one to remember! We had Lonnie, the Illinois boys, his son, and his daughter aboard for an awesome day on Lake Erie.

Super fun day with this crew of four! The two kids were absolutely winding in walleyes the entire trip and had smiles from start to finish. Days like these are what it’s all about!

Today’s trip with Andy and his group was fantastic! The Lake Erie bite continues to stay hot, and the crew stayed busy putting fish in the boat all morning. It was a fun day with a lot of laughs and a cooler full of walleye to show for it.
