We spend so much time doing things with our horses. But for some, like Shiloh, that constant agenda can breed anxiety. 🧘‍♂️🐴When we first started sitting together, Shiloh would get tense. He was constantly anticipating, thinking I always expected something from him. He couldn’t relax because he was waiting for the next cue, the next task, the next demand.It has taken a long time, but we’ve been practicing meditation right in his space.
